Ingredients
- 3 allspice (whole)
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 475 ml tomato sauce
- 425 gr beef (ground)
- 375 gr beans kidney (red)
- 375 gr beans pinto
- 300 gr tomatoes italian (plum)
- 240 gr onions (chopped)
- 100 gr celery (finely chopped)
- 26 gr sugar granulated
- 20 ml oil olive
- 8 gr chili powder
- 2 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr pepper black
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr pepper (red ground)
In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil, add onions, celery, and garlic; c ook over medium heat until softened, about 2 minutes. Place vegetables and remaining ingredients in slow-cooker; stir to combine. Cook on low setting 4 hours.
