- 525 gr black beans (cooked)
- 350 ml low-sodium ketchup
- 240 ml water
- 140 gr sweet peppers (chopped red)
- 140 gr peppers (chopped yellow)
- 100 gr fettuccine
- 90 gr broccoli florets
- 80 gr tomato puree
- 60 gr onions (diced)
- 10 ml dijon mustard
- 8 gr garlic (minced)
- 5 gr oregano (minced fresh)
- 2 gr paprika
- 2 gr thyme (minced fresh)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (grated)
- 1 gr pepper (ground white)
boiling water until just tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large platter. Top with the sauce. Top with the vegetables.
