Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 180 ml honey peanuts (roasted)
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 180 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 170 gr mini peanut butter
- 110 gr chunky style peanut butter
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 ml milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
(freeze then chop coarsely) Preheat the oven to 190ºC Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat the peanut butter and butter together until fluffy. Add both of the sugars and beat until light and smooth. Then add the egg and beat for three minutes. Add the vanilla and mix well. Stir in the flour mixture and beat thoroughly. Sprinkle the milk over the mixture and beat to soften the dough. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanuts, then carefully add the candy. Drop by two tablespoon clumps onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 3 cm spaces for spreading. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until just brown. Makes about 30. ----
