Ingredients
- 108 candy coated chocolate
- 72 pecan (halves)
- 72 pretzel sticks
- 9 1/2 cm
- 2 pecan the top of cookie to look like cat ears (halves into)
- 1 egg
- 280 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 140 gr golden crisco shortening
- 140 gr coarsely pecans (chopped)
- 30 ml milk
- 14 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr baking soda
to 10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove baking sheet from oven. Press candy coated chocolate candies into each cookie for eyes and mouth. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. If nuts are omitted, add an additional half cup (125 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips. Makes: About 3 dozen cookies ----
