Ingredients
- 99 egg substitute
- 3 cauliflower flowerets
- 230 ml nonfat sour cream
- 120 gr egg beaters
- 36 gr bread crumbs
- 30 gr feta cheese
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr dill
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (ground)
- 1 gr paprika
Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or till tender. Drain. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Pour over cauliflower. Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake, uncovered at 190ÂșC or 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
