Ingredients
- 5 garlic (cloves)
- 1 lamb (ground)
- 1 onion (yellow)
- 1 by
- 1 yoghurt sauce
- 1 yoghurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 260 gr veal (ground)
- 260 gr pork (ground)
- 20 gr hungarian paprika (hot)
- 18 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- some nutmeg olive oil for basting
- some cayenne pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with Cevapcici as a dip.
