- 240 ml chicken bouillon
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 22 gr mushrooms (thin sliced fresh)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 8 gr flour
- 3 ml prepared mustard
- 2 gr salt
- 2 gr paprika
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 slice onion
- 1 slice green pepper
and onions. 7. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven dozen minutes. 8. Add mushrooms to veal mixture. Stir and spoon sauce over veal. 9. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven an additional 2 minutes.
