- 4 peach (halves)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 flavor of your choice
- 1/8 food coloring (yellow)
- 475 ml honey
- 700 ml vegetable oil
- 475 ml milk
- 475 ml vanilla ice cream
- 240 ml vanilla sauce recipe follows
- 100 gr sugar
- 80 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 60 ml water
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 24 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 7 gr vanilla extract
balls into almond paste mixture, then coat heavily with graham cracker crumbs. 3) Freeze until very hard. Store, wrapped, in freezer until serving time. 4) When ready to serve, heat oil in 1.5-quart saucepan to 180ÂșC . and fry one ball at a time until golden brown, about 15 seconds.
