Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1,400 ml water
- 475 ml garbanzos with juice
- 500 gr tofu
- 100 gr celery
- 55 gr noodles
- 18 gr chicken-style seasoning
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr parsley
Servings: 10 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Meanwhile, saute' onion, celery, chicken-style season, and salt in quarter cup water until tender. Add 6 cups water with potatoes and continue cooking. Meanwhile, whiz garbanzos in their own juice, add a little water if necessary. Combine all ingredients and simmer slowly to allow flavors to blend. Adjust water and salt as desired. Total Calories: 2400.
