Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 hrs
- 2 okra (sliced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 onion
- 1 gumbo file
- 1 ga water
- 1 bulb garlic (whole)
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1,100 gr chickens
- 270 gr chicken gizzards
- 120 ml ve oil
- 65 gr flour
- 50 gr kosher smoked sausage
- 14 gr sugar
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 package tomatoes (whole)
- some brown chicken in some of the oil
Stir in file' during the last half hr. of cooking. Serve with hot cooked rice in soup bowls.
