- 80 gr mushrooms (sliced fresh)

- 60 ml wine (white)
- 32 gr flour
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 30 ml dijon mustard
- 6 slices ham (sliced)
and sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese, and paprika. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
