Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
 - 3 carrots (sliced)
 - 2 cans
 - 1 broiler fryer chicken up (cut)
 - 180 gr onion (chopped)
 - 16 ml cooking oil
 - 16 ml instant chicken bouillon
 - 2 gr thyme (dried)
 - 1 gr oregano (dried)
 - 1 gr pepper
 
In a skillet, brown the chicken in oil; remove and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in drippings until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 3 litre baking dish; arrange chicken pieces on top. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 65-75 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Yield 4 servings.
