Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken (cut into serving)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 120 gr shrimp (peeled)
- 80 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 65 gr flour
- 60 ml sherry
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr parsley
- 1 package tomato sauce
- 1 package clams (minced)
Dredge chicken in flour. Brown lightly in skillet. Place in casserole. Saute onion lightly. Add garlic, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, paprika , clams with liquid, mushrooms and sherry. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour.
When ready to serve, uncover casserole and add shrimp. Cover shrimp with sauc e and bake 10 minutes more at 350 degrees. Serves 6. Can be served over rice.
