Ingredients
- 8 pkg herbed stuffing mix
- 4 colby (sliced)
- 2 pimento (diced)
- 1 american cheese
- 425 gr chicken (cooked)
- 170 gr chicken gravy
- 110 gr butter
- 180 ml chicken broth
- 100 gr thinly celery (sliced)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 40 gr mushrooms
- 16 gr flour
- 14 gr margarine
- 5 ml worchestershire sauce
- 2 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr thyme
Mix crust ingredients well in medium bowl; press into greased 30 cm pie pan. Set aside. Combine mushroom liquid with flour and set aside. In a saucepan on top of stove, saute mushrooms and onions in butter or margarine. Stir in all remaining ingredients, including mushroom liquid/flour mixture, and except the cheese. Heat thoroughly.
