Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg
- 400 gr oats
- 280 gr brown sugar
- 230 gr chocolate chips
- 230 gr margarine
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 30 ml milk
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 190ºC degrees. Beat margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or dozen to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
