Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 250 gr flour
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 160 gr chocolate chips
- 100 gr sugar
- 95 gr shortening
- 28 gr butter
- 22 gr corn syrup (light)
- 14 gr baking powder
- 7 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour a bundt pan. Measure all ingredients except last three, in large bowl. Blend half minute on low speed, scraping constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high spped, scraping occasionally. Pour into pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or clean pick.. Cool, spread with glaze, made out of remaining ingredients. Heat ingreditns over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. slightly cool and spread on cake. VERY RICH!
