- 2 pecan (halves)
- 1 1/2 bourbon
- 1/2 cupsemi-sweet chocolate
- 325 gr corn syrup (light)
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 36 gr golden crisco shortening
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
set. Cover edge with foil, if necessary, to prevent overbrowning. Cool to room temperature before serving. Refrigerate leftover pie. ----
