- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr egg whites
- 110 gr margarine
- 110 gr baking soda
- 100 gr sugar
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 50 gr sugar
- 22 gr cocoa
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
- 3 slices which
portion, 3 cm by 10 cm. Place dough on cookie sheets that have sprayed with pam spray or lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 180ºC or about 10 minutes, or until cookies are firm. Remove them to a wire rack and cool to room temperature. Variations: Cinnamon Dunkin' Cookies. Omit Cocoa. Add quarter c all-purpose flour and 1.5 t cimmamon to the flour and other dry ingredients. Lemon Dunkin' Cookies. Omit cocoa. Add 1 t lemon flavoring and grated rind from 1 lemon along with the vanilla, and add quarter cup of all-purpose flour to the flour and other dry ingredients.
