Ingredients

- 1/2 full with batter
- 400 gr powdered sugar
- 375 gr sifted flour
- 350 ml water
- 350 ml mayonnaise
- 300 gr sugar
- 55 gr semisweet chocolate
- 45 gr butter
- 30 ml milk
- 28 gr cocoa
- 10 gr baking powder
- 7 gr vanilla
- 7 gr vanilla
- 6 gr baking soda
- 1 gr vanilla nuts (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
Meanwhile, to make frosting, melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water. Sift powdered sugar with salt. Add chocolate mixture and blend. Beat in enough milk to make spreadable. Beat in half teaspoon vanilla. Use to frost cupcakes. Garnish tops with nuts, if desired.
