Ingredients
- 1 oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 250 gr sweet chocolate
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 95 gr flour
- 50 gr sugar
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr almond extract
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
* (German's sweet or semisweet) Preheat oven to 375. Mix together flour mixture, chocolate, peanuts & oatmeal. Cream butter with both sugars until light & fluffy. Add egg, vanilla & almond extracts. Beat until well mixed. Add flour mixture. Stir until ingredients are well mixed. Drop, using small ice cream scoop, batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until browned, about dozen minutes.
