- 5 from the heat (inches)
- 2 chipotle chiles
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 orange
- 120 ml orange juice (frozen)
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 12 gr orange peel
- 3 gr salt
chops are done, about 5 minutes longer. Garnish with orange wedges and serve.
