- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 240 ml chicken stock
- 60 ml cream sherry
- 36 gr pine nuts
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 6 gr tarragon (fresh)
- 8 slices extra bacon (sliced thick)
is reduced by 0.75. Add the heavy cream and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Add the salt and pepper.
