Ingredients
- 10 crawfish tails (cooked chop)
- 3 eggs
- 1 just a little
- 250 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 240 ml milk
- 55 gr melted butter
- 30 gr green onions (chopped)
- 7 gr baking powder
- 7 gr parsley (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr garlic (chopped)
Preheat oven to 190ºC Oil and flour a 9x13x2 inch pan. In bowl mix margarine, flour and eggs. Remove lumps. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until done. (wrv)
