Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 475 ml sour cream
- 450 ml cream cheese
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 38 gr sugar
- 6 gr vanilla
For the cheesecake: Blend until creamy in a blender. Pour into 23 cm graham cracker crust. Bake for 25-35 minutes in a 180ÂșC oven.
For the topping: Blend and spread on a cool pie. Refrigerate overnight.
