Ingredients
- 290 gr young rhubarb
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 85 gr butter
- 80 gr rolled oats
- 55 gr unbleached flour
- 16 ml water
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Preheat the oven to 180ºC . In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cream the butter with the four and brown sugar, then stir in the oats. Sprinkle over the rhubarb.
Bake in a moderate oven, 180ºC . for 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and the top is brown.
