Ingredients
- 7 cereal (grain)
- 1 am
- 325 gr maple syrup
- 260 gr am sesame seeds
- 120 gr coconut (shredded)
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 55 gr am crunchy peanut butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr orange rind (grated)
- 1 gr sea salt
When thoroughly mixed, pat into an oiled pan, 1 cm thick. Bake at 180ºC . for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly. Slice into bars.
