- 180 ml mustard seeds
- 75 gr coriander seeds
- 24 gr fennel seeds
- 18 gr turmeric (ground)
- 14 gr celery seeds
- 12 gr mace (ground)
- 8 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 4 gr black pepper (fresh ground)
grinder, mini food processor, or blender (mixture ground in a blender will not have as fine a texture). Divide evenly among jars. Seal tightly. Keeps fresh for up to 6 months. Makes 5 4-ounce jars.
