Ingredients
- 4 gluten
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/2 oat bran
- 180 ml water
- 160 gr better for bread flour (white)
- 95 gr rye flour
- 80 gr rolled oats
- 30 ml molasses
- 30 ml oil
- 16 ml extra water if you the gluten
- 8 gr caraway seeds
- 7 gr anise seeds
- 5 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package yeast
Set breadmaker's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
