Ingredients
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 3/8 cherries up (cut)
- 350 gr rice crispies
- 200 gr sugar
- 150 gr pitted dates
- 120 gr walnuts up (cut)
- 110 gr margarine
- 4 gr vanilla
Put first 5 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, boil 3-5 min. Remove from heat and add the vanilla, rice crispies and walnuts. Drop by tblsp. in coconut & roll. Refrigerate.
