Ingredients
- 12 pinneapple chunks
- 2 eggs
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 85 gr golden raisins
- 75 gr dates (diced)
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 60 gr brandy
- 50 gr orange peel (diced)
- 50 gr lemon peel (diced)
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.Add the rest,except the pineappl e.Mix well.Pour into baking cups,filling each two third full.Top each with a pineap ple chunk.Bake 30-35 min. at 160ºC . Cool.
