Ingredients
- 1 garlic
- 900 gr chuck
- 425 ml water (cold)
- 180 ml ketchup
- 120 gr onion
- 55 gr noodles
- 50 gr shortening
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 16 gr flour
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 6 gr salt
- 2 ml dry mustard
Brown first 4 ingredients.Combine and mix ketchup,brown sugar,salt paprika,pepper,dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.Add mixture and 1.5 cup water to meat mixture.Simmer 2 to 2.5 hours.When meat is tender,mix flour and quarter cup cold water.Stir into meat mixture.Heat to boiling,stirring constantly.Boil 1 minute.Pour over hot cooked noodles.
