Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 300 gr semisweet
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 150 gr brown sugar (light)
- 130 gr sugar (white)
- 100 gr pecans (chopped)
- 65 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 180ºC . In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, soda, and salt and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with sugars, vanilla, and then add eggs. Mix flour mixture with butter mixture. Add chocolate and nuts. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 9-12 minutes. Very rich and very good.
