Ingredients
- 5 leg of lamb (boneless)
- 1 black pepper
- 240 ml olive oil
- 120 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 38 gr dill (chopped)
- 22 gr oregano rubbed
- 18 gr garlic (minced)
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- some slits in the meat
Drain marinade from lamb and put lamb in 220ºC oven in shallow roasting pan for about 45 minutes. You want an internal temperature of 60ºC . Let lamb rest before serving
