- 325 gr flour
- 230 gr butter crisco
- 100 gr sugar
- 3 gr vanilla
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr almond extract
HEAT OVEN TO 2200ºC . CREAM CRISCO, AND SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL. BEAT IN EGG. ADD SALT, VANILLA AND ALMOND EXTRACT. PLACE DOUGH INTO COOKIE PRESS. PRESS INTO DESIRED SHAPES ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS, 5 cm APART. NOTE: COOL ON BAKING SHEET FOR 1 MINUTE AND THEN REMOVE TO COOLING RACK
