Ingredients
- 6 pecans broken
- 2 eggs
- 500 gr flour
- 400 gr sugar
- 350 gr semi-sweet chocolate chip
- 325 gr brown sugar packed
- 325 gr butter
- 160 gr crisco
- 65 gr flaked coconut
- 7 gr baking soda
- 7 gr vanilla
- 3 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Combine as listed and shape into 5 cm balls 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ºC for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool. These freeze well either before or after baked.
