Ingredients
- 1/2 noodles
- 250 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 220 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 60 ml water
- 28 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 gr oregano leaves
- 1 gr snipped parsley
- 1 package beef-tomato freezer mix
- 1 package lasagne noodles
- 1 package creamed cottage cheese
cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese; repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes. Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2 litre saucepan, heat frozen mix, oregano leaves, parsley and water to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Uncover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mix is thawed.
