Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 240 ml vinegar
- 200 gr sugar
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr celery seed
Chop up cabbage, carrot, pepper, onion and add salt. Let stand 1 hour. Boil together vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard. Cool and pour over slaw. Put in containers and freeze or use. Randy Rigg
