Ingredients
- 4 globe artichokes
- 5/8 italian salad dressng mix
- 240 ml prepared brown mustard
- 240 ml water
- 20 ml vinegar
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 2 gr pickling spices (whole)
Tip: If desired, the leaves may be removed and arranged on a platter before serving. The fuzzy choke should be removed and the heart of the artichoke cut for serving.
