Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 am corn grits
- 475 ml water (cold)
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 28 gr butter
- 3 gr sea salt
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr cayenne
In large saucepan mix well; water, grits and salt. Bring to simmer and cook until grits are very thick; remove from heat. Oil 33 cm x 23 cm baking dish. Stir together in sauce pan grits and remaining ingredients; pour into prepared dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with additional paprika. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180ÂșC .
