Ingredients
- 600 winter melon
- 60 cameron road
- 10 sprigs of flowering chives i used cornish game hens
- 6 overlapping winter melon on side of pigeons
- 5 stock
- 5 cms wide
- 4 shallots
- 3 cms long
- 2 cms (thick)
- 2 young pigeons
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 kg chicken
- 1/2 cm
- 1/2 his life in cantonese restaurant kitchens
- 240 ml pigeon braising stock
- 120 ml soy sauce (light)
- 30 ml dark soy sauce
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml oyster sauce
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr sugar
- 12 slices about
- 12 slices chinese ham
- 4 slices ginger root
