Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 375 gr gouda cheese
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml yogurt (plain)
- 100 gr sugar
- 55 gr butter
- 14 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; stir in cheese. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine yogurt, butter, and eggs. Add all at once to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among dozen large greased muffin cups. Bake in 200ÂșC 200C oven 18-20 minutes.
