- 240 ml olive oil
- 120 gr onion
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 9 gr allspice
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 4 gr basil (fresh)
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 gr sage
