Ingredients
- 5/8 enriched hominy quick grits
 - 1/2 dairy sour
 - 475 ml water
 - 60 gr thinly green onions (sliced)
 - 40 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
 - 38 gr spinach (frozen chopped)
 - 1 gr pepper
 - 1 gr nutmeg
 - 1 gr salt
 - 3 slices bacon crisply (sliced cooked)
 
spinach mixture. Add sour half and half; cook until heated through. Spoon into 1 litre serving dish. Sprinkle with bacon. NOTE: To substitute Quaker or Aunt Jemima Enriched Hominy Grits, increase water to 2- half cups and simmer time to dozen to 14 minutes. Proceed as recipe directs.
