- 190 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 95 gr shortening
- 90 ml water for filling (cold)
- 80 gr quaker oats
- 28 gr butter
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
to escape. Adjust crust over filling; trim so crust extends 1 cm beyond rim. Fold top crust over bottom crust. Flute edges. Bake in preheated very hot oven (450 F.) about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 190ÂșC . Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
