Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 190 gr butter
- 170 gr raisins
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 120 gr rolled oats
- 95 gr apple
- 60 ml apple juice
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 190ºC . Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat 1- one third cups brown sugar and half cup margarineuntil light and fluffy. Add egg; blend well. Beat in apple and apple juice. Lightly spoon flour int measuring cup; level off. Add flour, baking soda, 1 ts cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. In shallow bowl, combine rolled oats, 0.75 cup brown sugar and half ts cinnamon. Add one third cup margarine, stir until particles are moistened. drop cookie dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 5 cm apart onto greased cookie sheets. Top each with half ts topping. Bake at 190ºC for 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. 4 dozen cookies. ----
