Ingredients
- 4 cans
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 bell pepper (red cut into)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into)
- 950 gr black beans (drained)
- 500 gr kidney beans (canned)
- 450 gr no salt added stewed tomatoes undrained
- 425 gr pinto beans (canned)
- 400 ml fat-free beef broth
- 240 gr onion (chopped)
- 120 ml fat-free sour cream
- 120 ml water
- 45 gr green bell pepper (diced)
- 45 gr bell pepper (diced red)
- 18 gr chili powder
- 9 gr cumin (ground)
- 5 ml vegetable oil
- 1 gr salt
1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salt; saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes and next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce h eat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon chili into bowls; top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream. Sprinkle diced green and red bell pe pper evenly over each serving.
