Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (chopped)
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1 lentils (rinsed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 900 ml tomato juice
- 475 ml water
- 475 gr garbanzo beans
- 475 gr kidney beans
- 270 gr tomatoes pureed
- 140 gr pepper (red diced)
- 140 gr green pepper (diced)
- 110 gr broccoli (frozen chopped)
- 18 gr chili powder
- 7 gr garlic powder
- 3 gr parsley (dried)
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
Combine everything. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat & simmer, covered, 30 45 minutes or until lentils are tender.
