- 9 baking dish (square)
- 3 ears corn (fresh)
- 2 1/2 souffle dish
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 gruyere
- 240 ml sour cream
- 170 gr melted butter
- 120 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 45 gr green chilis dice the cheese (peeled finely)
- 14 gr double-acting baking powder
- 6 gr salt
from the main dish served with the bread. This is paticularly good with roast pork or roast turkey.
