Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves peeled)
- 3 garlic in one layer (cloves)
- 1 in a food processor
- 1/2 cilantro (fresh)
- 1/4 chives (fresh)
- 300 gr tomatoes (plum cut into)
- 230 gr cod fillets pin bones removed
- 100 gr bread crumbs (fresh)
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 16 ml water
- 7 gr flat-leaf parsley (fresh)
- 5 ml balsamic vinegar
- some salt and pepper
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and then dredge in the herb and bread crumb mixture, making sure the fish is well coated on all sides. Arrange the coated fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Roast the fillets in middle of oven until just cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve the roasted cod on the sauce.
