Ingredients
- 35 real whipping cream
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 375 gr shrimp
- 240 ml dry wine (white)
- 60 ml sherry
- 60 gr peas
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 28 gr butter
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr pepper
peas and cook 3-5 minutes longer. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 4. Serve over rice or noodles.
